Article 1

Application and opposability of the general conditions of sale of STANTAX Ltd
These general conditions are applicable to all orders entrusted to us. Accordingly, the fact
to place an order implies the customer’s full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale
and expressly acknowledges having read these and accepted them, even when they are in
contradiction with its conditions of purchase.

Article 2

Fortuitous cases of force majeure.
STANTAX ltd is released from all or part of its commitments or to suspend their execution without compensation or
notice for all fortuitous cases of force majeure.

Article 3

Order cancellation
In the event of cancellation of an order by a customer, the deposit paid is not refundable and will be retained.
In the event of non-payment of the deposit, a fixed indemnity of 250.00 euros will be claimed.

Article 4

Claim

To be taken into consideration, any complaint concerning breaches or damage must be made by letter
recommended upon receipt of goods or service within 8 days.

Article 5

Default of payment
Any amount unpaid at its due date will automatically carry, without prior notice, the application of interest
late at the rate of 6% per year from the due date of the invoice: in addition to a contractual flat-rate compensation and
irrevocable 15% with a minimum of € 500-. as a penalty clause to cover administrative costs and
deprivation of working capital, subject to all other damages and / or interest.

2. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by STANTAX Ltd, no partial payment will be accepted (unless otherwise agreed between Stantax Ltd and
the customer)

Article 6

We expressly reject the conditions previously printed (written) on the letters and documents of our
clients. Each customer declares to know and to agree with our general conditions of sale and to comply with them by
the mere fact of sending us an order.

Article 7

Applicable law and attribution of jurisdiction.
All disputes relating to the interpretation or execution of the contract and / or these general conditions will be
jurisdiction of the court of CCI Paris, or failing that of the customer’s head office.
PS: STANTAX Ltd will never replace your accountant, your lawyer, or your tax specialist consult them if you have
doubts.
